This notice covers your visit to takecarestudiosllc.com, the website of Take Care Studios LLC (“we”, “us”). Our apps and games have their own privacy policies — see Zhong, Six Seven VR, and Touch Grass! VR Simulator.

In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, and serves all of its fonts, scripts, and images itself. The only third parties involved are GitHub, which hosts the site, and YouTube — and YouTube only if you choose to play a trailer.

Hosting (GitHub Pages)

The site is served by GitHub Pages, a hosting service of GitHub, Inc. Like any web host, GitHub receives your IP address when your browser requests a page, and may log it for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not have access to these logs. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for how GitHub handles this data. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in serving the site securely and reliably (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

No Cookies, No Analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from a third-party font service.

Embedded Trailers (YouTube)

Game pages show trailer previews as images served from our own domain. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when the page opens. If you click play, the video is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and from that point Google may process your IP address and playback data under Google’s Privacy Policy. Clicking play is your choice to load this third-party content (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Contacting Us

The support form on this site does not send anything to a server — it opens your own email app with the message pre-filled. If you email us, we receive whatever you send (typically your name, email address, and message) and use it only to answer you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-ups, and we do not share them with anyone.

Your Rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with data-protection rights, you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold (for the website, that is at most your support correspondence), and you can object to or ask us to restrict its processing.
